Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Test Lead to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd. as a key member of our testing function. As a Program Test Lead, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the program's testing framework, test tools, methodologies, test strategies, and plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure the successful delivery of the program.
  • Lead the testing function across various initiatives, ensuring the implementation of a consistent, standardized testing approach.
  • Provide strategic and hands-on input in the end-to-end test execution, including defect and triage management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing deliverables are produced and approved in accordance with program and organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of the program.
  • Identify and report on testing trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading testing functions, ideally at a program level.
  • Ability to work both at a strategic and hands-on capacity.
  • Proficiency in testing tools and templates, and familiarity with test management tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of using TOSCA for test automation.
  • Thorough understanding of integration testing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
