About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Finance Lead to join our team at Sikorsky Australia. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our complex acquisition programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of our programs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and budget management.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver financial reports to stakeholders, including domestic management, the US Line of Business, and customers.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to ensure the successful delivery of our programs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of financial issues.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in Financial Management: Proven experience in managing financial aspects of complex acquisition programs, including cost management, budget development, and financial estimating.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Experience in developing and implementing financial plans, ensuring the successful delivery of programs.
