The Opportunity

You'll join our residential sales team and build a high-performing sales business with consistent support behind you. You'll prospect, appraise, list, and sell property across Greater Bendigo.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect and nurture relationships across our database and local market.
  • Conduct property appraisals and pricing consultations.
  • Manage buyer and vendor communication; run opens and private inspections.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the sale through to settlement.
  • Keep your pipeline up to date in our CRM.

What You Need To Succeed
  • You'll be highly motivated, self-driven, and hungry to grow your market share.
  • You'll need a VIC Agents Representative Certificate (or ability to obtain quickly).
  • You'll require a current driver's licence and reliable car.
  • Confident communication skills (phone, email, and in person) are essential.
  • You'll need to be comfortable with basic digital/social tools (we'll help you level up).
  • You'll be available Saturdays for open homes (standard in residential sales).
