We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify, list, sell, and lease commercial properties across various regions
- Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
- Negotiate transactions from start to finish
- Conduct site visits and other duties related to listing and selling/leasing commercial properties
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients
- Deliver market insights and advice to clients
- Coordinate marketing efforts with the Marketing department, including signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, and videos
- Minimum Requirements:
- Possess natural hunting abilities and be commercially astute
- Entrepreneurial mindset with B2B experience
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain certification
