Estates Director

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our estate and represent us effectively. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the estate, local facilities, and upcoming developments.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Sales/Financials:
    • Negotiate with potential buyers and present offers
    • Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Customer/Stakeholder Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting the land estate and obtaining packages from builders
    • Establish and maintain close working relationships with builders and stakeholders to drive referrals and revenue
  • Leadership, People & Culture:
    • Manage and provide ongoing advice and training to the estate team to ensure high performance and productivity
    • Maintain professionalism and represent the estate effectively
  • Systems, Processes, Reporting & Insights:
    • Manage new and existing enquiries to facilitate sales and provide feedback on communications to clients
    • Oversee settlement risk assessments and communicate with purchasers at each milestone to ensure timely completion
    • Ensure external maintenance items are reported daily and included in weekly reports to stakeholders
    • Provide marketing, sales, and product feedback to the project team to achieve targets and maximize growth
    • Report on competitor activity monthly to stay ahead in the market
    • Maintain a well-presented sales office with current marketing materials and supplies
  • Strategy, Business Development & Innovation:
    • Advise on pricing strategies and competitive estate pricing to optimize revenue
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in the property industry is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems
  • Agents Representative Certificate
