Property Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Administrator at CBRE, you will provide administrative support to the property management team and assist with financial tasks and leasing administration efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lease setup, rent reviews, tenant insurance registration, and tenant bank guarantee updates
- Arrears management, including issuing arrears letters and assisting with critical date management and lease audits
- Monthly tenant billings, recharges, and reconciliation
- Maintaining and updating tenant and contractor records and files, including public liability details, tenant files, leases, bank guarantees, contracts, and correspondence
- Issuing annual outgoings budgets and "wash-up" letters, processing incoming and outgoing mail items, and managing the AP inbox
- Maintaining the bank guarantee register and managing contractor invoice exceptions
- Creating purchase orders for utilities, contracts, and other expenses in the helpdesk system
- Monthly tenant billings and recharges, including issuing supporting documentation and processing sundry charges
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in property management, lease administration, or a related field
- An understanding of commercial leases, licenses, and property documentation
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Highly organized with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced skills in core Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- An understanding of finance administration
