Store Leadership Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned retail leader to manage the day-to-day operations of one of our stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, inspiring your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead store operations and achieve sales targets by implementing effective strategies and tactics
  • Manage inventory levels, pricing, and visual merchandising to maximize sales potential
  • Inspire, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees and volunteers
  • Maintain accurate records, manage employee rosters, and control costs to ensure efficient store operation
  • Build strong relationships with local partners and community groups to drive business growth

The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and engage their team. They will also possess strong leadership skills, be able to work within budgets, and prioritize tasks effectively.
