Job Title: Data Engineering Specialist - Snowflake Implementation

This role involves leading the design and delivery of semantic data models in a cloud-based environment, specifically utilizing Snowflake for data warehousing and business intelligence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage advanced Snowflake features to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance frameworks and ensure data security best practices.
  • Design and deliver semantic data models that integrate seamlessly with Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT patterns to support data transformations and loading.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Snowflake features and technologies, including Snowpark and marketplace.

About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Specialist who can lead our Snowflake implementation and help us make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, Snowflake implementation, and cloud architecture.

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering with at least 3 years in Snowflake implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Snowflake's latest features, including Snowpark and marketplace.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver semantic data models that integrate with Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
  • Hands-on expertise in cloud architecture, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
