We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining engineering master data in SAP, supporting preventive maintenance, calibration, and materials management across our manufacturing site.

You will work closely with engineering, validation, and production teams to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

  • Manage and maintain engineering master data in SAP (Assets, PM schedules, Calibration, Materials).
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and uploads using tools like LSMW.
  • Respond to service requests and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Conduct system testing and support upgrades or fixes.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making.
  • Deliver training to new users and support continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Science, or 3+ years in a similar technical role.
  • 2–5 years' experience in engineering data, maintenance systems, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred); LSMW desirable.
  • Advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or QlikSense.
  • Understanding of GMP/cGMP and quality systems in regulated environments.
