Hospitality and Fast Food Operations Manager

We are a family-owned takeaway chicken shop in the heart of Gold Coast, renowned for our fresh daily salads, award-winning chips, and secret salt recipe.
As a key member of our tight-knit team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, training and developing a high-performing team, and overseeing all aspects of the shop including customer service, quality, and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Train and develop a high-performing team, focusing on their growth and well-being.
- Oversee all aspects of the shop, including customer service, quality, and presentation, to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions, leveraging your creativity and business acumen.
