Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Construction Project Manager. This is a challenging opportunity for individuals who possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction project management principles.

  • This is a high-end residential home builder specializing in architectural new builds, renovations, and extensions, as well as commercial new builds and fit-outs.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in project planning and programming, procurement, and project administration.

About the Job Role:

  • Lead projects from start to finish, including all regulations and ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage teams both internally and externally, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Skill Requirements:

  • Building qualifications (Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture etc) or trade background (Carpenter to Site Manager).
  • Demonstrated experience working on residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, including all relevant regulations.
  • Good client-facing and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to lead and manage projects effectively.
