Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced “Project Coordinator” to join our T&I Projects team. Based in Liverpool, Sydney, NSW, Australia you will be responsible for managing projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will work alongside our project team working on tier one construction projects nationally. The project coordinator provides support across the team to ensure the provision of core operational functions are delivered in high level and professional manner that strives to a successful project business cycle.
KEY TASKS AND DUTIES:
- Will work within the Project Teamand manage projects business cycle.
- Preparing tender quote and relevant documentation.
- Processing project order.
- Liaise between customer’s project team and planning/production to create project supply plan.
- Project delivery coordination between customer, logistics, production, ensuring customer’s delivery schedule/project timeline met on timely manner.
- Maintain project progress/summary report.
- Occasionally will attend project meeting on customer’s site.
- Manage and nurture relationship with the customer’s project team.
- Adapt to dynamic/fast pace working environment.
OUR CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- Demonstrated minimum 3 years professional experience in project coordinator/admin role.
- Strong, positive and effective communications skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in high efficiency and effectivity.
- High level of data processing accuracy (great eye for details) is ESSENTIAL in high $ value tender, project orders, customer’s project delivery schedules.
- Must have good numerical skills.
- Highly organized.
- Resilient and problem-solving attitude.
- SAP experience is advantage(Quotation, Sales Order, Stock Requirement, etc).
- Intermediate Excel skills is advantage(Sum, Subtotal, Filter, Vlookup, Basic Math Formulation, etc).
- Strong work ethic to work with mínimal supervision.
