- Ability to recognise and critically assess issues impacting the organisation's funding opportunities, to consider alternatives and to provide recommendations.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to liaise with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Relationship building skills.

**Typical experience** 12 months of relevant experience, and/or relevant tertiary qualifications.

Our Not-for-Profit Organisation is an ACNC Registered Organisation. Preference may be given during selection to suitably qualified applicants who identify as Pacific Islander or Māori descent.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 - 15 per week
