Program Coordinator Job

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Program Coordinator to lead our team in delivering high-quality before and after-school care, vacation care, and holiday programs for children.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to form positive relationships with children, families, and the school community.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program.
  • Create daily plans and organize activities to promote learning, fun, and play.
  • Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children.
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options.
  • Nurture a positive environment for learning, fun, and play.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement daily programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless integration of our services.

Maintain a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Valid Working with Children Check Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability from 6:30 am - 8:45 am and 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
