You will expand your knowledge and expertise as a Speech Pathologist to provide support for adults and children with diverse needs.

Our comprehensive graduate program includes:
- Intensive Induction Program: Receive 12 weeks of training from our experienced Therapy Manager and Team Leaders to enhance your skills.
- Reduced Caseload: Work with a reduced caseload for the first three months to facilitate your learning and adaptation.
- Clinical Supervisor Support: Enjoy regular clinical supervision sessions with your Clinical Supervisor to refine your skills and knowledge on various presentations.
- Quarterly Professional Development: Participate in quarterly professional development sessions with our team of Speech Pathologists to enhance your expertise.
- Monthly Coaching: Receive ongoing coaching from our Clinic mentors to help you achieve your career goals.
- Buddy System: Be paired with a dedicated buddy to support you throughout your induction and beyond.
- Weekly Clinical Supervision: Benefit from weekly 1:1 clinical supervision in a safe and supportive environment with an experienced Speech Pathologist for your initial four months, progressing to fortnightly and monthly as you develop your skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Full Australian work rights.
- Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain.
- Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current driver's licence.
- Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
