Speech Pathologist - Graduate Development Opportunity

You will expand your knowledge and expertise as a Speech Pathologist to provide support for adults and children with diverse needs.

We are seeking individuals who want to grow their skills and commit to delivering exceptional client outcomes and improving the lives of our clients and their families.

Our comprehensive graduate program includes:

  • Intensive Induction Program: Receive 12 weeks of training from our experienced Therapy Manager and Team Leaders to enhance your skills.
  • Reduced Caseload: Work with a reduced caseload for the first three months to facilitate your learning and adaptation.
  • Clinical Supervisor Support: Enjoy regular clinical supervision sessions with your Clinical Supervisor to refine your skills and knowledge on various presentations.
  • Quarterly Professional Development: Participate in quarterly professional development sessions with our team of Speech Pathologists to enhance your expertise.
  • Monthly Coaching: Receive ongoing coaching from our Clinic mentors to help you achieve your career goals.
  • Buddy System: Be paired with a dedicated buddy to support you throughout your induction and beyond.
  • Weekly Clinical Supervision: Benefit from weekly 1:1 clinical supervision in a safe and supportive environment with an experienced Speech Pathologist for your initial four months, progressing to fortnightly and monthly as you develop your skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full Australian work rights.
  • Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain.
  • Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
