Speech Pathologist - Graduate Program

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team in a 12-month graduate program. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to further develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.

Program Overview:

The 12-month graduate program includes:

  • Intensive induction with therapy managers and team leaders
  • Reduced caseload for the first three months
  • Regular clinical supervision from experienced speech pathologists
  • Quarterly professional development opportunities
  • Monthly coaching sessions with clinic mentors
  • Allocated buddy for support and guidance

Job Responsibilities:

As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for supporting adults and children with various presentations, including literacy, speech, and language disorders, social skills, mealtime management, and AAC assessment and prescriptions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists to achieve positive client outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full Australian work rights
  • Registration as a speech pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
  • Degree in speech pathology
  • Current driver's license
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain before commencing work)
