Responsibilities
  • You will work with paediatric and adult clients, in homes and in clinic, and be open to exploring areas of interest.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage with allied health assistants to support a broader range of clients.
  • Support early career clinicians with supervision and development, including observation sessions with other companies to broaden clinical exposure.
  • Contribute to novel service delivery models, including opportunities to work alongside a Recreation Therapist.
  • Develop functional, meaningful goals with clients to help achieve measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Open to exploring unique ways of servicing clients to meet their goals
  • Commitment to developing functional goals with clients to ensure meaningful service impact
  • Interest in working with a multidisciplinary team and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to seek guidance and support to continue skill and knowledge development
