Responsibilities
You will work with paediatric and adult clients, in homes and in clinic, and be open to exploring areas of interest.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage with allied health assistants to support a broader range of clients.
Support early career clinicians with supervision and development, including observation sessions with other companies to broaden clinical exposure.
Contribute to novel service delivery models, including opportunities to work alongside a Recreation Therapist.
Develop functional, meaningful goals with clients to help achieve measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
Open to exploring unique ways of servicing clients to meet their goals
Commitment to developing functional goals with clients to ensure meaningful service impact
Interest in working with a multidisciplinary team and strong communication skills
Willingness to seek guidance and support to continue skill and knowledge development
