Group Reservations Role

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Group Reservations Specialist. This permanent, full-time opportunity is based in the heart of Adelaide CBD and offers a fun, energetic, and open culture.

About the Job

This role is responsible for responding to booking enquiries, primarily group reservations for trade partners and direct guests at our resort properties and parks. These bookings range from budget offerings to high-end, all-inclusive experiences.

  • Create bookings in a timely and accurate manner, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Handle high volumes of enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Build successful relationships with guests, trade partners, service providers, and key stakeholders both internal and external to the business.
  • Contribute to the team and work collaboratively with colleagues to complete tasks and meet goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of all properties, contracted inventory, and key trade partners.
  • Upsell and cross-sell inventory and properties.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and team targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous experience working in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the trade distribution network is an advantage.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show a can-do attitude with the ability to use initiative.
  • Be technologically savvy with the ability to operate multiple programs in conjunction with one another.
  • Have experience working towards key performance indicators.
