Emergency Roadside Assistance Job Opportunity">

As a vital member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our members by providing emergency roadside assistance and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to service calls to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns
  • Changing flat tyres, jump-starting vehicles, providing fuel delivery, selling and installing batteries, assisting lock outs and ensuring all customer and job information is recorded accurately

You will represent the organisation performing your role with integrity, valuing diversity and living core values.

We are recruiting full-time employees to work a base of 38 hours per week between 06:00 - 24:00, on a scheduled roster between Monday to Sunday offering attractive penalty rates.

Qualifications include an Automotive/Motor Mechanic Tradesperson Certificate (NSW Fair Trading), a valid Australian Driver's License (minimum full license C class) and experience in mechanical repair with an understanding of motor vehicles and the motor vehicle industry.
