Client Growth Strategist

About the Role

The Client Growth Strategist is responsible for delivering best-in-class strategic thinking and innovation for client businesses and brands. This role leads growth management and communication for several key clients across the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end campaigns, from briefing to implementation and deliverables.
  • Lead retained clients, driving revenue and receiving positive feedback from stakeholders.
  • Create, concept, and present media and performance strategies aligned to clients' media or communications strategy.
  • Define and set goals and benchmarks that align with clients' business needs.
  • Understand and utilize proprietary and third-party tools to derive insights.
  • Oversee analytics, performance, trends, competitor behavior, and best practices to optimize and fuel new strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and design solutions reactively and proactively.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign results.

Key Qualifications:

  • Stay up-to-date on partner platform features and new ad formats (Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Meta, TikTok).
  • Develop case studies at the completion of key campaigns.
  • Drive additional revenue growth opportunities for clients outside briefed projects.
  • Prior experience in Digital Media.
  • Understanding of data and insights.
  • Familiarity with various analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of search.
  • GMP tools knowledge is an advantage.
