Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving growth through strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Health Management:
- Develop and implement proactive client health strategies to ensure timely issue resolution and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular business reviews and create tailored plans to address client needs and optimize their product utilization.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop targeted adoption strategies that meet their unique needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell services to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers to ensure seamless communication and foster trust.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to raise awareness about company initiatives and products.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will possess:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally to drive business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide creative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years of experience or knowledge of the insurance industry/SaaS.
