Customer Success Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving growth through strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Health Management:
  1. Develop and implement proactive client health strategies to ensure timely issue resolution and minimize downtime.
  2. Conduct regular business reviews and create tailored plans to address client needs and optimize their product utilization.
Adoption and Renewal:
  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop targeted adoption strategies that meet their unique needs.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell services to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers to ensure seamless communication and foster trust.
  2. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to raise awareness about company initiatives and products.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide creative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years of experience or knowledge of the insurance industry/SaaS.
