**Retail Store Manager**

As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee day-to-day retail operations, lead and develop the retail team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The Role:

  • Recruit, lead, support, and inspire your team to bring their best self to work and achieve KPIs and in-store targets.
  • Assist in recruiting and training new team members.
  • Plan and manage store rosters to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure high standards and consistent customer experience.
  • Provide ongoing training to your team on the latest brand and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align in-store strategies with campaigns.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain clear communication with the support team.
  • Work with Centre Management as required and ensure safety is always front of mind.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager (bonus points if it's in the beauty industry).
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for inspiring and unlocking potential in your team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven customer service abilities with a track record of strong sales results.
  • A passion for the retail and beauty industries, with solid product knowledge.
  • Expertise in inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • A positive attitude suited for a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
  • Experience delivering Loss Prevention KPIs and driving Visual Merchandising initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, with a commitment to creating a safe working environment for the team.
