You will be responsible for leading a team of 7 staff across both Perth and Broome, overseeing branch operations, developing strategies for business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of 7 staff across both Perth and Broome branches.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients in both Perth and Broome.
  • Take full responsibility for the financial performance of both branches, tracking performance metrics, ensuring profitability, and leading the branches toward sustainable revenue growth.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of both branches, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, streamlining workflows, and continuously improving processes to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

What You Will Bring:

  • At least 7 years of strong broking experience, with a solid background in managing complex client portfolios, providing tailored risk management solutions, and driving business growth.
  • A proven track record of acquiring new clients, building long-term business relationships, and driving growth.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience overseeing branch performance, managing budgets, and achieving revenue growth.
  • A deep understanding of insurance products and risk management, with a Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
