We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team in Perth, Scotland. As a key member of our Policy & Projects Team, you will play a crucial role in designing, procuring, implementing, and delivering community greenspace projects that meet customer satisfaction levels within budget, fees, and timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and manage community greenspace projects from early consultation stages through sketch design, tender, procurement, contract administration, and delivery on the ground.
  • Contribute to the effective and efficient running of the team, encouraging good morale and maintaining a positive working attitude amongst colleagues.
  • Participate in reviews of practices and procedures, assisting in the preparation and completion of Team Plans, Business Management, and Improvement Plans.
  • Take part in team briefings, project review meetings, and presentations, providing oral and written reports as necessary.

Requirements:

  • You must be a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute with extensive site experience and a full understanding of relevant project documentation.
  • You should have a valid UK driving licence, as this post requires travel to various locations across Perth and Kinross.
  • You will need to have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office software, and relevant legislation, such as CDM Regulations.
