We are seeking a Senior Insurance Branch Director to lead our Perth and Broome branches. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth, manage multiple locations, and ensure operational excellence.

About the Role

This leadership position will be critical in driving business success, managing a talented team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional insurance solutions across both locations.

  • **Team Leadership and Development**: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 7 staff across both Perth and Broome, focusing on driving a high-performance culture that empowers employees to excel.
  • **Strategic Business Development**: Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including client acquisition, retention, and expansion, identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships with existing clients and cultivate new business.
  • **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with key clients in both Perth and Broome, ensuring the brokerage provides exceptional service, delivers tailored insurance solutions, and consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • **Financial Management and Growth**: Take full responsibility for the financial performance of both the Perth and Broome branches, tracking performance metrics, ensuring profitability, and leading the branches toward sustainable revenue growth.
  • **Operational Excellence**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of both branches, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, streamlining workflows, and continuously improving processes to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 7 years of strong broking experience, with a solid background in managing complex client portfolios, providing tailored risk management solutions, and driving business growth.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading teams across multiple locations, building high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring staff, and driving results in both Perth and Broome.
  • Business development and strategic acumen, with a successful track record of acquiring new clients, building long-term business relationships, and driving growth.
  • Financial and analytical expertise, with experience overseeing branch performance, managing budgets, and achieving revenue growth.
  • Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking, with a deep understanding of insurance products and risk management.
  • A client-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
