As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the store's financial performance and company key performance indicators. Your focus will be on creating a customer-centric culture, delivering exceptional customer service, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profit, and productivity
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure the team has a clear understanding of business objectives and commercial acumen
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational excellence
  • Embody the company's cultural values: Customer Obsessed, Collaborative, Inspirational, Responsible, Dedicated to Quality
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a retail or hospitality business
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Experience in managing a large team, including performance, productivity, training, and development
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
