Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Workforce Australia for Individuals. As a key member of our support team, you will provide Level 2 technical expertise and serve as the escalation point for Level 1 Helpdesk Technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support and expertise to resolve complex and critical issues.
  • Manage and resolve technical problems using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
  • Apply basic networking principles; CCNA certification is a plus.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 Helpdesk Technicians.
  • Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly desirable.
