Job Description:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing and updating the Marketing Calendar to encompass all planned weekly media launches. Key responsibilities include creating and executing multifaceted marketing campaigns for product launches and brand initiatives, working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, Social Media Coordinator, and Ecommerce teams to develop targeted campaigns.

This involves crafting engaging content for the website, social media platforms, and blogs; staying ahead of trends to guide marketing strategies; and ensuring consistency across all channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing CRM and SMS marketing, with a primary focus on developing and optimizing email and SMS campaigns for both the Australian and US markets.

In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will plan and execute advertising campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Manager, ensuring consistency across all paid media channels, such as Facebook, META, and Google. Responsibilities will include managing the creative approval process, overseeing the affiliate platform for strategic placements, and ensuring the smooth handover of advertising assets to external agencies.
