Drainage Labourer - Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist

This role is crucial for the success of our team, requiring a candidate who can work effectively with diverse colleagues while focusing on infrastructure upkeep.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate mechanical plant for drainage maintenance and construction projects.
- Inspect, repair, and clean drainage lines and pits.
- Perform tasks including breaking out concrete, spreading crushed rock, compaction, loading/unloading goods and materials.
- Carry out general cleaning duties, work on nature strips, remove tree roots, and maintain accurate records.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Victorian driver's license with heavy rigid truck endorsement (desirable).
- Experience driving heavy trucks (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience operating a variety of mechanical plant equipment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with the public, clients, engineers, tradespeople, and council officers.
