Priority Services Leader
Job Description:This role operationalises the Priority Services Program, implementing and delivering a program of initiatives to support gas customers in vulnerable circumstances.
The successful candidate will partner with our client's technology services team to establish IT system capability for their Priority Services Register (PSR). They will develop deliverables, establish partnerships with stakeholders, consumer organisations and service providers to operationalise a nationally focused Priority Services Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Holistic Customer Relationship Management
- Inbound and Outbound Communication
- Discussing complex and sensitive information with customers while ensuring best practice and compliance with privacy legislation
- Deep Understanding of Key Drivers of Vulnerability
- A proactive and forward-thinking approach for customer outcomes
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in community service or social policy
- Experience in co-design
- Knowledge of the energy sector and awareness of stakeholder and customer priorities
