**Award Salary**:Above the recommended SCHADS Award

**Employment Type**: Employment is on a casual basis which means shifts will be allocated as fairly as possible, but there is no guarantee of shifts due to the nature of the NDIS Industry.

**Hours**:Varied shifts including weekdays, afternoons, evenings, Saturdays,

Sundays, public holidays, and sleepovers

**Location**:Melbourne and Geelong

**External Relationships**:Family Members, Health Professionals, including Allied Health

**Internal Relationships**:Service Directors, Priority Living Care Services

**Purpose of the position**:
Priority Living Care Servicesis committed to following each participant's Individual Care Plan (ICP) and providing the highest standard of care with an aim of building each participant's capacity and maximizing their quality of life. Priority Living Care Services is responsible for providing individualized support to people with a disability at home and in their local community by assisting them to become active members of their local community, pursue their interests, acquire new skills, discover new abilities, and achieve their goals, and live as independently as possible.

**Responsibilities & duties**:
**Personal Care**:
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living to help clients (referred to as participants) maintain appropriate standards of hygiene and grooming.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Waurn Ponds, VIC 3216 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Waurn Ponds, VIC 3216: Relocate before starting work (required)
