About the Role

Global Mobility, Senior Advisor - APAC at GHD has an immediate opportunity for a Global Mobility Senior Advisor - APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee full lifecycle international workforce transitions, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the employee experience across borders.
  • Proactively manage Global Expatriate Management Cycle with strong partnerships with People Business Partners.
  • Engage with active assignees for engagement and regular connections.
  • Develop and maintain effective key stakeholder relationships globally.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in all areas of Global Mobility (immigration matters, employer taxes, relocation management).

Main point of contact for APAC Immigration related matters for international moves to and within the APAC region. Work closely with the Global Mobility Leader on immigration and relocation operational program enhancements and projects.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree holder, Master's degree preferred (but not a requirement). Experience: Wide and deep experience providing expert competence (8 years and above); Managerial Experience not required (Individual Contributor).

About You

Strong analytical thinking and responsiveness to dynamic business environments. Provide expert guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on global mobility programs, policy compliance, and strategic talent mobility.

Benefits

Amenable to work on schedule that would support APAC region but would directly report to lead based in Canada (Mid-shift to overlap from APAC/ US Time).
