We are seeking an experienced Business Development Strategist to drive revenue and growth opportunities.
About the Role:- Develop business development strategies to achieve organisational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess market trends.
- Create and execute plans to penetrate new markets or expand existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify client connections to generate business leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, referrers, and key stakeholders.
- Satisfy client needs and align with organisational objectives.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Work closely with internal teams on integrated approaches to business growth.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members and colleagues on business development initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful client solutions.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyse business development initiative performance.
- Prepare regular reports for management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
A minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in business development & marketing is required. At least 2 years of Business Development Manager level experience is also necessary.
Familiarity with CRM tools, data-driven decision making, digital marketing knowledge, and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
