Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in operational risk assurance and audit. As an integral part of the bank's second-line controls assurance team, you will perform independent reviews and testing on the effectiveness of current controls.

  • Develop and implement governance and risk management policies and procedures.
  • Document findings and deliver assurance opinions, collaborating with business stakeholders when necessary.
  • Conduct deep-dive investigations into high-risk projects and recommend monitoring and control practices.
  • Refine and update the risk and compliance assurance framework.
  • Provide advisory services to the business and maintain a cohesive working relationship with operations risk, compliance, and group audit teams.

Skill Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in assurance, operational risk management, or compliance functions.
  • In-depth understanding of key control areas in financial institutions.
  • Knowledge and experience in testing prudential standards, SOX controls, or group finance.
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational risk frameworks for large organizations.
  • Big 4 professional assurance experience is highly valued.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CIA, CISA, and IFRS 9 knowledge are desirable.
