Job Title

Unit Facility Management Specialist is a key role that involves managing facilities, ensuring safety and compliance. We are seeking an individual to join our team who can deliver reliable and efficient services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facilities through direct suppliers, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Foster quality relationships with suppliers and ensure delivery of agreed services.
  • Support internal audits and annual reviews.
  • Contribute to business planning activities.
  • Assist in controlling operational costs and improving efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national legislation, internal rules, and requirements.
  • Participate in projects related to facilities management as required.
  • Regularly inspect facilities to maintain high standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in all aspects of facilities management and a passion for delivering reliable and efficient services.
  • Strong contract management skills and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Able to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
  • Able to work autonomously, take initiative, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, and facilities management-related software platforms.
  • Experience in service agreement management and KPIs with suppliers.
