Clinical Research Associate II Role:

Monitor clinical research studies to ensure they are conducted in accordance with widely accepted clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies
  • Develop tools, procedures, and processes for quality monitoring
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of processes, programs, and policies
  • Lead lower-level professionals or manage processes and programs
  • Ensure trials comply with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Provide guidance and support to clinical research teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of monitoring activities

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research monitoring. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
