A Day in the Life We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Specialist to join our successful Cardiac Rhythm Management team in Melbourne.
This role is ideal for someone with strong clinical experience in cardiac pacing devices.
Your clinical guidance and technical expertise will be crucial in driving business growth and providing the best outcomes for our customers.
Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio includes devices and therapies for patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure.

Together, we aim to transform the lives of people with cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure.
This position reports to the Service Innovation Manager and involves the following responsibilities: Partnering with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies.
Providing technical support, in-services, and presentations to customers to ensure optimal outcomes.
Conducting on-site education and consulting.
Assisting Territory Managers with after-hours on-call support.
Supporting sales and marketing programs with activities provided by the Marketing team.
Participating in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
Collaborating with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales teams for customer and sales support.
Gathering market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicating findings.
Identifying growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Teams.
Monitoring field inventory levels relative to demand.
Supporting clinical study activities alongside the Clinical Research team.
Required Knowledge and Experience High School Diploma with at least 6 years relevant experience, OR Associate Diploma with at least 4 years relevant experience, OR Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years relevant experience.
Understanding of pacing products and their function.
Experience in pacing, clinical, or medical device industry support roles.
Willingness to travel up to 25%; valid driver's license required.
