The role of Delivery Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless delivery experiences for retail customers. As part of a successful team, you will bridge the gap between valued customers, sales consultants, Pre Delivery, Admin departments, and stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective Communication: Liaise with retail customers to ensure clear and accurate communication regarding vehicle deliveries, meeting their needs and expectations.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with Pre Delivery, Admin, and Retail New Sales departments to streamline vehicle delivery processes.
- Arrival Management: Organize vehicle arrivals at the dealership, ensuring they are prepared for delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge about Toyota vehicles and products to confidently answer customer inquiries.
