We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven team member to join our operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective store administration in line with standard procedures, managing all sales channel fulfillment in accordance with established guidelines, and working collaboratively as part of a cohesive team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for the customer.
In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to effectively resolve customer complaints and queries, and demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures.
- Manage all sales channel fulfillment in line with established guidelines.
