Project Manager Role

This organization is locally owned, with diverse projects across Defence, Education, Infrastructure and Healthcare sectors.

  • Overseeing all aspects of the project including financials, programming, documentation, contract management and risk assessment.
  • Collaborating with Authorities, Consultants, Engineers and community stakeholders on the project.
  • Managing head contractors for their delivery of works, meeting project expectations and WHS requirements.
  • Tracking and reporting progress against goals, objectives, approved budgets and timelines.
  • Ensuring high-quality project outcomes prior to handover.

Required skills include:

  • Demonstrated experience working on Commercial Construction projects, preferably a mix of Commercial and Civil Infrastructure works.
  • Possession of an Engineering or Construction Management degree or relevant trade background.
  • Demonstrated capacity working in an end-to-end Project Management role.
  • A supportive team environment allowing for career growth.
  • Flexible working hours and arrangements.
  • Collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction projects, engineering degrees, and strong communication skills. The role requires high organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
