We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management and coordination of an integrated team, as well as providing support, mentoring, and development opportunities for Uniting Practitioners and Senior Practitioners in a matrix supervision model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing practice guidance and leadership to practitioners across the service, ensuring a high-quality delivery of program requirements;
- Ensuring close collaboration with the leadership team to provide an integrated and client-focused service for women, children, young people, and families experiencing family violence and those in need of support;
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix supervision model. They will also possess strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team building and development.
