Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Coordinator to join our team at Caloundra. This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer service, supporting warehouse operations, and performing general administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service through face-to-face interaction, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Assist with stock take processes and maintain accurate records.
- Prioritize and process sales orders, as well as make any necessary changes.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to branch sales and operations.
- Previous experience in customer service or administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Tidy appearance and professional demeanor.
