Care Relationship Professional

This is a permanent full-time position where you'll work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and provide high-quality care.
Key responsibilities will include generating new revenue by meeting with prospective referrals, increasing conversion and revenue from multiple channels, maintaining professional working relationships with referrals and existing clients, and liaising with stakeholders to complete service agreements and coordinate services.
Requirements:- Prior experience in sales, account management, or client engagement is essential.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and experience in managing ongoing relationships with clients is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and industry professionals.
