We are seeking a talented Category Business Development Manager to shape the future of our Service and Repairs categories at Subaru Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Identify opportunities to drive sales within Subaru's Retail/Wholesale Network through category management, inventory management, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with suppliers to introduce new products and negotiate optimal contract agreements.
- Support the Parts Operations Manager in managing supplier relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the dealer network and trade customers to promote Subaru parts and fulfill the objectives of the National Aftersales Business Plan.
- Essential: 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-focused role.
- Desirable: Experience within an OEM or retailer and 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive parts & service.
- Must be resilient and able to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Strong planning and execution skills, excellent communication, ability to work autonomously, and confidence in managing multiple stakeholders.
