Senior Human Resources Advisor

This role involves working with the leadership team to develop and implement effective strategies for improving employee engagement and reducing absenteeism.

You will be responsible for mentoring a team of HR professionals, overseeing workflow and projects, and leading training sessions on topics such as award interpretation, industrial relations legislation, and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational psychology or business, and at least 5-10 years' experience in a senior generalist HR role.

Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational psychology or business
  • At least 5-10 years' experience in a senior generalist HR role
  • Demonstrated experience and success in a similar role, ideally within early learning
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of contemporary industrial and employee relations practice
  • Proven track record in managing formal complaints and conducting investigations
