Patient Care Coordinator

This position is integral to the Elective Surgery team in preparing patients for elective surgery, verifying patient data and uploading documentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing patients for elective surgery by collecting and verifying patient information
- Verifying wait list data to ensure accurate patient records
- Uploading documentation and maintaining up-to-date records
