  • Revenue Growth and Optimization
    • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management procedures and best practices to maximize revenue growth
    • Identify new revenue opportunities through market analysis and competitive benchmarking
    • Oversee the revenue management and distribution strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and mentor the Reservations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-performance
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide weekly dynamic forecasts, annual revenue budgets, and regular performance reports to stakeholders
    • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue management decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and reporting tools
