To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion and energy for world-class care
  • Minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability (or our Trainee Carer Program)
  • Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
