Wildlife Care Specialist
Job Summary
At DreamWorld, we are seeking a skilled Wildlife Care Specialist to join our team. As a Wildlife Care Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily care and maintenance of our native Australian wildlife collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food to our animals
- Clean and maintain animal enclosures
- Assist with animal husbandry tasks
- Record keeping and data entry
Requirements
- Previous experience working with Australian wildlife
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High level of physical fitness
Preferred Qualifications
- Animal husbandry qualifications
- Progressive study towards a Certificate in Wildlife and Exhibited Animals
Working Hours
This is a casual role, working across a 7-day roster. Weekend work will be required.
